By registering your interest or attending a Tee & Torque event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Assumption of Risk:

Attendance and participation in this event are at your own risk. Tee & Torque, its organisers and affiliates accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or accident to persons, vehicles, or property, however caused, during the event.

 

2. Personal Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for your own safety and the security of your vehicle and belongings at all times. Please ensure that your vehicle is parked legally and securely, and that you comply with all event and venue rules.

 

3. Vehicle Insurance & Roadworthiness:

All vehicles attending the event must be road legal, appropriately insured, and maintained in a safe condition. Tee & Torque does not check or verify the insurance or roadworthiness of vehicles present.

 

4. Conduct:

Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards others and the venue. Dangerous driving, excessive noise, or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

 

5. Liability Waiver:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tee & Torque and its organisers disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage incurred by attendees or third parties during or as a result of the event.

 

6. Golf Course Rules:

All participants in the golf day must adhere to the rules and dress code of the host golf course. Any damage to the course or facilities caused by an attendee will be the responsibility of that individual.

 

7. Photography & Media:

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media, please inform an organiser on arrival.

 

8. Marketing & Communications:

By joining our community or signing up to an event, you agree to receive follow-up communications and marketing material.
