3. Membership

3.1 Membership Period

Memberships run for one calendar year and automatically renew on 1st January each year. The membership fee is payable annually in advance.

3.2 Membership Benefits

Membership benefits, including access to exclusive events and content, are subject to availability and may be varied at our discretion with reasonable notice.

3.3 Membership Cancellation

Memberships are non-refundable once the membership period has commenced. You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refund will be provided for the remaining period. To prevent automatic renewal, you must notify us in writing before 1st January.

4. Events

4.1 Event Bookings

Event bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

4.2 Event Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your event booking, you must notify us at least 14 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable. If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative event.

4.3 Event Changes

We reserve the right to change event details, including date, time, and venue, with reasonable notice. Where significant changes occur, you may request a refund.

5. Merchandise

5.1 Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. Prices are as stated on the website at the time of order and include VAT where applicable.

5.2 Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

5.3 Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or not as described.

5.4 Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty or not as described, please contact us within 30 days. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6.1 Posting Content

You may post comments and upload images of cars to our website. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our services.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems. By making a purchase, you confirm that the payment card is yours or that you have authorisation to use it.
